If it's a film purchased from Apple then see if you are able to re-download it : re-downloading. If it re-downloads the same film, or you aren't in a country where films can be re-downloaded, or it's a digital copy from a DVD or Blu-Ray then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

    Hi, thank you.

My apologies for shouting (the caps). Yesterday, I purchased two movie combos (Blu-ray+Digital) from a local retailer. The first package I opened did not contain any digital code at all and I had to go back to the store. Then I returned home and opened the second package (Scarface) and having submitting the code, received the wrong movie (The Mummy). Thus, my frustration.

Ty for replying to my post

You could either try the 'report a problem' process as I described (I'm not sure where digital copies appear on your purchase history so that might not work), or try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then possibly Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I rarely buy physical copies of movies anymore - for the following reasons. Six months ago, I bought the Jurassic Park Trilogy combo. After entering all the codes, I ended up with 2 digital copies of the second movie (the worst one), 1 copy of the third movie and 0 copies of the first (and best) movie. Yesterday, one of my movies was missing the digital code and the other movie had the wrong digital code.

And these studios and artists question why people download illegal copies!

Ty for your help and responses. It is very much appreciated. Have yourself a great day .
