How do I refresh the genius recommendations on an iPad ?

How do I refresh the genius recommendations on an iPad ? When I click not interested in a certain list of games and I go and check my recommendation list again they are all the same. How can I make my iPad understand that I want new and different recommendations? I know this must be a noob question but for the life of me I can't find any sorta enter or refresh button.
