"motracking.com" popup pest

Using Safari on my iPhone 4S, a dialog box popped up reading "http://motracking.com. Congratulations: You have been chosen to play Lucky Tickets for FREE! ... Press OK to continue ..."

There appears to be no option but to click OK. Qutting Safari, even shutting down the iPhone and restarting doesn't get rid of the dialog box. I'd rather not click "OK", since the website identifies itself as "tracking from all mobile devices," and I prefer to not play along.

Any ideas for getting away from these creeps?

Thanks.

Try force closing Safari: from the home screen, double-tap the home button, locate Safari in the list at the bottom, tap and hold it until it wiggles, tap ➖ to close it, tap the home button again. Then go to Settings>Safari and tap Clear Cookies and Data and Clear History. See if that gets rid of it.
