the easiest thing may be to temporarily use another browser, Opera seems to print that ok, Camino doesn't - I've only checked those.
it seems due to how they handle position:fixed styles
if you need to print such apple pages often, creating a user style sheet & selecting it via Safari-Advanced-Style sheet... should work, it does here, anyway.
you'd use say textedit to create a plain text file, named safari.css (or any name.css) with the following content, saved anywhere convenient.
@media print {#content { position: static !important; } }
there might be some suitable safari extensions which would make it easier to enable/disable the change this css would make
