Some iPhoto events missing in iTunes

Hello there, I have updated to iPhoto 9.4.2 and am glad that the iPhoto events now show up in alphabetical order in iTunes - which was not the case before.

HOWEVER, now that they are in alphabetical order I notice that quite a few iPhoto events are missing in the iTunes list. I am therefore unable to sync those to any of my devices...Has anyone else gotten the same issue, if so, any solutions/recommendations?

I've encountered this problem before. To resolve it, I first open iPhoto, created a smart album or event. Then, I close iPhoto and then open iTunes. Doing so always seems to resolve this issue. I assume that quitting iPhoto forces a rewrite of a database that iTunes uses to keep track of albums and events.
