HP P1102w can't be installed

Printer was working fine until a few days ago when it was showing offline. Tried everything and finally deleted printer. Now I can't re-install. When I try to add, the printer does not show up on list. Went to HP site to re-install drivers. Did that but when I had to select device, no printer is showing up. I'm plugged in to printer via USB, printer is on. Puzzled. Not sure what to do next. Thanks
