SERIOUS problem with importing keynote files.

We are experiencing a problem that we didn't had with the previous version of Author. When we are trying to import working keynote files (.key) it works. BUT after the preview sync the iPad doesn't seem to recognize them + when we reopen the ibooks file the Document warning comes up saying ALL files are missing (Missing file .....bla bla... .png or .jpeg)

What is happening????? Our book is depending on .key files!!!!!

PLEASE help us.

Did you try reinstalling iBooks on that iPad?

Can you replicate on another iPad?

It didn't work. iBooks Author doesn't send the image files from the .key file to the iPad. Any ideas? Reinstalling iBooks Author?

Did you make a fresh book, with one of your keynote sources to see if the issue still persists there?

try sharing your Keynote to HTML

use the High Quality and then load the resulting folder into your .iba file

You've confirmed your source is the issue, so rework as tk0us outlined and if your book is in the store, push an update/new version.
