Does the iPod Touch 4 have a flash?

Looking for a refurb iPod Touch 4th gen for my 4-1/2 year old—but has to have a flash when taking a picture. Essentially I need to keep him off my iPhone 5—and my older 3G iPhone doesn't cut it for him.

The Apple iPod Touch 4th gen spec copy states something like...."tap to control exposure"—does this mean a "flash" is triggered via tap control? I am asking for clarification because the 5th gen states "LED flash", thus confused between the two copy points.

If not, are there any external add ons to simulate this?

Side: Without a camera "flash" it makes no sense for me to get this. And the 5th gen is far too expensive for a kid this age—even with all the crazy hard core bumpers out there. 🙂
