Incoming mail server box will not allow me to put server name in! Says mail.example.com and I cannot change the gray example.
I'm trying to set up a new mail account and after following all instructions many times, I still cannot insert my incoming server name on the account information. Gray box says mail.example.com and I cannot figure out what else to try. Help, please!
