can't sync

im trying to sync my ipod, but it's giving me an error message.

" ipod cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found."

ipod software version is 1.1.3

itune version 10.7.0.21

operating system windows7 service pack 1

And when i connect my ipod to pc using usb cable windows giving me an error messge 'Scan & fix (recommended) ' . I click on it to solve the problem but whenever i connect it, it's giving me the same error.

and even i can't restore the ipod,

" The ipod cannot be restored. An unknown error occured (1437) "

i'm trying to solve this issue for days, but still unlucky. Please help me.. 😟
