Updated to IOS 6.0.1 and data is straight up broken iPhone5

I updarted to IOS 6.0.1 the other day and started noticing issues with pages not loading and timeouts. It took me a while to figure out it wasn't just internet issues it's issues with the new update. I can go to google on my iphone 5 the first time I get nothign refresh get the page do a search get nothing refresh and get the page. I've tried resetting and tried to revert back but I can't figure out how to get back to ios 6.0. Is there a way to go back to a working version of IOS or am I stuck with this and buyer beware of future IOS updates because it looks like they aren't testing these.
