HELP, I get a error message everytime I open iTunes

Everytime I try to open iTunes 10.7 I get a message reading:

iTunes has stopped working

A problem caused the problem to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a prblem is available.

I have Windows Vista 64bit. I can open iTunes in safe mode but otherwise it just won't open. Had this problem for months and tried everything, please help!
