cracking in streaming videos

What's going on with streaming videos it cracks when I play it. I'm afraid to rent any movies if it's doing that. I will contact Apple to see what they tell me be aware of this. Streamed same video in youtube perfect only in iTunes.

Itunes-OTHER, Other OS, Windows 8
