Turning off the auto-renew is all you can do. All purchases are considered final, so if you've already paid for a subscription for the next week/month etc then all you can do is stop the payment for the period after that.
what if there is no option to turn off auto-renew. How do you cancel it then if you cannot turn that off?
Does the app show at all in the subscription section of your account ? If it doesn't then you are logged in with the correct account ? If it doesn't show but there isn't an option stop it renewing (and you've tried logging out and back in) then contact iTunes Support and see if they can stop its renewal : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

If it's a subscription through your iTunes account and it's not showing on that account for stopping the auto-renewal, contact iTunes Support
I'm on the phone card. I never even wanted using this application any longer, but when you uninstall from my account continues to disappear money
Don't know what 'I'm on the phone card' means.
Deleting an app from a device does not stop any subscription that you have in the app, you have to log into the account and turn off its renewal. If the subscription isn't showing on the iTunes account that you subscribed to it from, contact iTunes Support
