iCal Messed Up History

I just noticed that iCal has lost all the events on over half my calendars since the time I upgraded from 10.6.8 to 10.8 in September.

How can I recover those events and calendars. I have backups in Time Capsule. I need to be able to get my history for reimbursement purposes.

I am on MacBook ProOSX 10.8.2, not 10.6.8, like it says below.
