Lock Screen not displaying upcoming Calendar Appts or Reminders (since iOS 6.0.1)

When you went into Settings>Notifications>Calendar .... Are your settings:

1. Show (more than 1 item)

2. Alert style Alerts

2.View in Lock Screen On?

Additionally, is there anything specific to the calendar? IE is it a shared calendar, a synced calendar, etc?

If so in the first part and if not in the second part, try resetting all settings: Settings>general>reset>reset all settings (this will also delete any wi-fi passwords you have FYI). But since this is happening on two different devices, more than likely it is specific to something in your settings on in your calendars.

If you reset all settings it will not erase any content (that would be erase all content and settings)... it will just reset any settings that have been adjusted and sometimes it gives it a little kick to force them to act the way they should. It will reset network settings so if you know your Wi-fi password I promise you don't have anything to worry about.

Also, what calendar are you using to get the alets from?

They are store in iCloud? Okay do not reset all settings yet.

When you turned iCloud off, did you say "keep on phone"

Did you turn iCloud off and keep on phone?

Go into the event, is the alert set?

IE, create an event for today, even if the time of the event is 5 minutes from now...are you setting the alert in the event for five minutes from now?

I'm not sure they are supposed to show up in the lock screen without any input from the user. I believe that showing up in Notifications like the second screen shot you showed is the way it is supposed to be. See if this helps http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3576

Edit alert> go into ALERT> check "at time of event, 5 minutes before...up to 2 days before. Sounds like you may want to set it 1 day before

I got it!

Go to settings>mail contacts calendars> scroll down to the calendars section and choose "default alert times" >in the Events or All day events select "one day before"
