Can you gift an app on the new IOS 6 for the iPhone
I tried giving my brother angry birds space and i was hoping i could gift it just like my other app and i cant find that option in the app store

You can't currently do this on your phone (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5510), you have to do it in iTunes on your computer.
