Q: how can i find my ipad location using internet and a pc?

Help! I can't find my ipad.  Can I locate it if it is off? How do I locate it from a PC using the internet?

iPad 2, Windows 7

    If you have "find my iPad" turned on in iCloud in settings (most people do and don't realize it), just go to icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID you use on you iPad. Under devices it will show your iPad, or its last known location if it is not connected to 3g or wi-fi.
