I just bought my first iMac and I need some help learning how to use it. I've been a long time PC user and want to switch over. Where can I go for help?

Allan thanks for the quick reply. Maybe you can help with this too. I used the migration asst to move files from my PC to the iMac and now I cant seem to locate the files anywhere? I've used finder, but I cant find the files anywhere...
Check to see if Migration Assistant created a new users for you and placed the files there.

Awesome it did, but there is a red circle with a dash on each of the folders that are there and when I try to open it I get an alert that says I dont have permission to open the folder?
well how about that I stumbled on the solution. I need to add the Administrator account to the list of approved users. I think this will do it. Thanks for the quick replies

Log into that other User to have everything available... look under the Apple icon & choose log out, you shoukd be present with a list of users to log into.
