Can't download previously purchased music on iPhone?!

I am having trouble downloading music I have previously purchased via the iTunes app in 6.0.1. I can see the list of all songs and when I click on a particular artist I can download the song if the artist has one or two songs under them, if there are more, it just sits at this screen forever.

Tried these with no luck:

Hard reset

Restore as new

Restore with icloud backup.
