Kicked out from using imatch for 90 days?

I recently had to exchange my iPhone, which uploaded a recent back up without issue. However, some of my apps are from an old apple id, so i logged in with one id, downloaded apps, then logged in with current id to get the full compliment of apps.

I then wanted to use imatch with current id and the message comes up saying device assoicated with another id and can't use for 90 days, well now 68 days?

Did this before on the iphone when orignally set up and no issues?
