No - if you have an issue with an app, contact the vendor. The code for in app purchaes, and the ultimate responsiblity for how the app functions, is the vendor's.If it makes you feel better, you can contact iTunes support, so they can tell you to contact the vendor. But at any rate, its is not something anyone on the forum can hlep youwith.
