Q: Aperture Version 3.4.2 update

Aperture v3.4.2 I keep getting "An error has ocurred" when trying to update.

Followed by the message "The application could not be downloaded.

The file "VectorMaps.db" couldn't be saved in the folder "Resources".

what should I do?

iMac Intel Core Duo, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Did you buy it via the Mac App Store?

If so, I'd say just delete Aperture from your Applications folder entirely, and then re-download it (via the Purchases tab) from the Mac App Store.
