Pre-order not showing up in purchased list after release

I pre-ordered "The Greatest Video Game Music Volume 2" on my iPad. After pre-ordering it couldn't be found anywhere on my iPad, though iTunes for Windows showed that it was pre-ordered.

It was released today and auto-downloaded (twice) to iTunes on my PC. It also shows up in iTunes Match as purchased, but when I go to the purchased music in the store, it doesn't show up. If I go to the album in iTunes on my iPad or iPhone it shows as for sale instead of "purchased".

I tried "re-buying" it on my iPad, but all that did was change the price on the album to "purchased". It did not add the album to my purchased list.

Basically it's not in my purchased music list, and I can't figure out how to get it there. How can I fix this?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, AT&T 32 GB

Yeah, Im having the same issue with Ke$ha's new album "Warrior" I've emailed Apple Support about it, hopefully they'll be able to fix it, but I can definitely say this is my first and last pre-order!

I reported this to Apple and it showed up in my purchased list 24 hours later. I still don't like the pre-purchase process since it seems like it's broken with iOS 6. There's really no reason to pre-purchase anyway as it's not any cheaper, so I just set a reminder for myself to buy it when it comes out.
