Open that Templates file with a spreadsheet program like Numbers or Excel... and read the following thread:
What's not clear to me is how to upload ASSETS in bulk. It looks like iTunes Producer generates pop up screens for each book in the metadata spreadsheet and while the metadata is filled in, the assets like eBook file and Cover image along with screenshots are empty... asking for you to choose the files.
Anybody know how to upload multiple books, not just metadata... we've figured that out... but multiple books (the files and the assets associated with those books), to the iBookstore... via iTunes Producer?

So far I have not figured out how to upload assets in bulk either. It does produce pop up screens for each ebook, so beware! If you have an older Mac, you might want to split your books up in a couple of upload files, so you don't have more than 20 windows pop up at once!
