Im having problems downloading the Windows Support Software'
Im trying to burn the software to a DVD but I get this error (Photo)
What can I do to get this windows software?
MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion
Save the file to your desktop, burn a DVD later.
Already tried that... Nothing :(

Im downloading the "Windows support software" when suddenly at aprox 50% I get the error shown on the image (See post number 1)

Try again and change your save location.
I dont have a 'saving location'. Im pressing the Burn to CD/DVD button and starting the download.
I tried the Save to external storage but the same happens
Choose external storage and save to the OSX desktop. And FYI, this can be a long process, be patient.
I've tried in Burn to CD/DVD and in Save to external drive about 9 times
And i get exactly the same error

That's not what I asked but please, feel free to go your own way.
This is an issue with a lot of large Apple updates.
If your internet connection drops too many packets, it will fail out every time.
It has to do with creating a secure connection.
If you find another internet connection, it'll probably work.
At my office, I cannot download anything large from Apple.
At home, it installs without issue.
