Why don't games recognize my Logitech F510?
Forexample in Assassin's Creed 2 or Brotherhood (Steam) the Gamepad selection in options menu don't appear. How can i know that my Mac sees the device?
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Under the Apple icon at top left, choose About this Mac>System Report>Hardware>USB, does it show up there?

Yes i found it, says "Logitech Rumblepad 2 USB" but in the game it does not work. In Windows the game supports the device so Mountain Lion should support too, am i doing something wrong?
I don't think you're doing anything wrong, but sorry to say, I don't have those games or controller to find out more... hopefully we get some other helpers in here! 🙂
Hopefully... 🙂
Does Logitech by any chance offer a downloadable OS X compatiblle driver for that device on its website, similar to the mouse drivers they offer for their mice? I know I had to downlaod an updated driver for my Logitech USB cordless mouse when I bought it.
Hope this helps 🙂
Unfortunately there's no Mac driver for it 😟
