Get à screenshot with 1 hand?

Most i see on teh App store seem to specialize in web page captures. but you might have a look.

I suggest doing research into Assistive Touch in iOS 6.

I Googled this issue and found this in another iPad forum. It will work, but it takes some effort.

"How about this method.Hold the iPad in your hand,with a finger on the off button.Hold the end with the home button against your chest and use a stylus or other suitable object held in your mouth to push the home button at the same time you push the off button with your finger.I tried it myself and it works."

It's doable with assistive touch as mentioned by Dah•veed.

settings > general > accessibility > assistive touch, on

touch the assistive touch button. (The little circles in the corner, you can move them to whichever corner you want) tap device > more > screenshot.

it's actually pretty easy once you've done it a few times and leave on assistive touch.
