problem with my Ipod 5G, device becomes hot after few minutes

I don't know if it only happens to my iPod, but if I turn on iPod 5G and leave it turned on for like 10-15 minutes, my iPod becomes really hot like really really hot. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be like this. I really wanted an exchange do you think they'll exchange my IPod for new one??? Didn't pass the 14 day policy thing T-T...

What is the iPod doing during that time? With heavy use like gaming the iPod can get quite warm.

If you are concerned then I would make an appointment a the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Since you have had it less than 14 days, if the iPod is defective press for a new vice refurbished one since you can, with 14 days, return it for a full refund and then purchase a new one.
