Can 2 bluetooth devices be used at the same time for iPhone (one for audio and one for data)?

I have an iphone 5 which actually connects to my car (Infiniti FX35) bluetooth phone system, and I want to know if I buy, for example, the Cobra iRadar (which connects via Bluetooth with the iphone) it can be connected simultaneously with my cars phone bluetooth?

If the car bluetooth manage the phone audio while the iRadar (irad-200) manage data (i think), they can be simultaneously connected to an iphone?

BlueTooth on the iPhone does not support data at all.

or however the information is transfered (or communicated) between the Iradar and the iphone... I mean the type of communication is not the same because the communication between the iradar and iphone is not voice (phone) as with the car blutooth.
