My front screen has a crack right down the middle of the screen. I was wondering if I wanted to can I bring in a new front screen and will u put it on? If so how much will you charge?

This is not the Apple store - they do not do repairs - they can replace the phone for a fee - you will have to call your local store for the current price - there are also 3rd party repair places around - you would have to see if they are available in your area and ask about pricing.
You can purchace the screen through apple and take it to a apple retail outlet and they will install it and the price for the screen with repair is 199$ + applicable tax

Apple will not do this. Please refrain from spreading misinformation.
Apple does not sell parts.
Apple does not replace screens... they may replace the back glass on the 4/4S and they will replace the battery, but that is it.
Apple will provide an Out of Warranty replacement for the appropriate price based on model, for the 4S it is $199.
Some retail stores do offer screen replacement services. Best to call around to local stores and see what they can offer.
