How to download

I am trying to update to iOS 6 but it says safari want let me

iOS versions are either downloaded via iTunes, or if you already have iOS 5 installed, you can download and install iOS 6 via Settings -> General -> Software Update. HOWEVER, I would make sure I had a full backup to iTunes before attempting any upgrade (personal opinion)
