Well i wish rubish was true but heres what i am facing.

I have an iphone 4 and recently bought iphone 5. When i tried to restore data from backup it gave an error that it cant be done coz of compatibility. Both have latest IOS and itunes is updated as well. Then i realized that whenever i am backing up my iphone 4, i used to get a notification from AV Norton about a virus "w32.mydoom.L@mm" which is resolved. Backup keeps progressing and sync works fine.

Now whenever i try to use that backup for new phone, it gives me same error. I then used another PC with similar Norton AV and there again it gave me same error.AV also shows a long string of characters inside backup folder as location of this virus.

Finally i switched off the AV completely and ran the backup and it worked fine and my new phone was also restored with that back. After switching on the AV same thing happenes again with my new phone backup.

I scanned the previous folder of backup( which i took while AV was off) and AV again detected same virus.

now i am very confused and dont know what to do?
