Red numbered balloon on Settings

I have a red numbered balloon with a number 1 on my Settings icon. Upon entering my settings, I can't find the reason for the balloon. Usually this indicates that upgrades are available in the App Store or that I have items to purchase in my Grocery Gadget or that I have unread emails (with the number in the red balloon showing the number of unread emails). I don't have a clue what it means in the settings and nothing in my settings indicates that an item needs attention that I can see. Any ideas?
