I am using iphone 5 and while i am trying to connect my nokia device it's not connecting. Help?

The iPhone will not connect via Bluetooth to other cell phones.

Thanks for your reply. I have been trying to export my contacts from my nokia to iphone. I have been trying everything.
I have got all my contacts in nokia pc suite.Do you have any suggestion please?
How to transfer or sync content to your computer
If your contacts are in a supported appllication or cloud service, the above will allow for syncing them to the iPhone.
