Using an unlocked iPhone 4 with the latest iOS-6, I cannot see a "Network" menu located under General Settings. Why?
I still would like to change my APN settings.

Settings>General>Cellular>Cellular Data Network
I no longer have the option to change the APN settings since 6.0.1
Under Settings>General>Cellular i just get some yes/no on/off type options and nowhere to change the APN settings like I've always been able to do previously.
I might be missing something glaringly obvious but can't see it
Settings>General>Cellular>Cellular Data Network
You can not modify these settings in iOS 6 on the iPhone. You need to use the iPhone Configuration Utility on your computer. You can download it free from Apple.
I can.
It depents of the carrier?
Yes, Rusher and Davey are exactly correct. There is a specific button missing from the settings pane, possible after the upgrade to iOS6 or maybe since i've unlocked my iPhone. Eitherway im glad im not crazy for not noticing it.
I havent used Apple's configuration utility yet. Where under support is that located?
In the meantime i think i got my APN to work temporarily by visiting one of those special websites off the Google search. (theres a few of them)
