I downloaded the myxer app to make ringtones out of the music i have on my iphone. I recently opened my myxertone app, selected my song of choice to customize as a ringtone, but have no idea how to find the ringtone or access it on my iphone.

Did the app come with a youtube instruction video?

You'll have to sync with itunes, then save those ringtones to your itunes media library.
