Q: After upgrade to ios 6.0.1 my battery discharges at a 50% higher rate

After upgrade to ios 6.0.1 my battery discharges at a 50% higher rate. Use to be with moderate use during the day (bluetooth turned on and Wi-Fi on) by bedtime I might be down to about 50%. After update just having my iPhone laying on my desk without use by noon it's down to 46%.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.0.1

this has happened with my ipod touch 5 too!!! i'm so upset. my battery used to last all day. I charged it last night to 100%. When i woke up, it was at 20%. And on my way to school (30 minutes later) It died.... This is AFTER updating to this stupid ios 6.0.1! Never had that problem with ios 6.....
