How to download purchased music from my husbands iphone/itunes id to mine?

I have a macbook pro and an IPhone with my own apple id, my husband has an iPhone with his apple id, he has purchased songs on his phone that he wanted to download to save on a cd and when he connected it to my macbook pro and tried to download from iTunes store it said that the computer was associated with a different apple id and would not be able to download from different id for 90 days(or something like that). So we didn't do it because I have the Mac associated with my photos with all my things. So how can I download the songs that my husband has purchased on to a cd so I can have them as well? Please help.🙂

Using iPhone, iPad, or iPod with multiple computers - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1202 - You can manage your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with multiple computers as long as you have set the device to "Manually manage music." - e.g. adding music from a second computer to an i-device. It gave me the same message. I am not using multiple computers, I am using multiple iPhones. My husband bought music on his iPhone and I want to download the music he bought with his apple id and download to my computer with my apple id. is this possible?
