Ipod won't connect to verizon jetpack

I have tried everything to get my ipod to connect to my jetpack. I have no issues with the ipod connecting to other networks just this one. I have already tried resetting the ipod, resetting network settings, and I just factory resetted the device itself. Its really confusing because I have another ipod that will connect to the jetpack as well as an ipad. Any suggestions?

What happens when you try? Error message?

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Power off and then back on the router. In this case the Jetpack

- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings done

- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

- Restore from backup

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

I have literally tried all of your recommended troubleshooting steps before because I have seen this question asked a dozen or so times. Do you have any new suggestions or am I at the mercy of the genius bar?

I get the unable to join the network message. As I stated above I have other iOS devices connected and I connect customer devices to this jetpack all the time as I work at a radioshack. Im completely lost for new ideas on what could be going on.
