on startup, my password is being autofilled with the wrong password
on start up my password is being autofilled with the wrong password. I want to prevent this autofilling from happening

Could you specify the problem, which password is being filled in incorrectly?
To remove a password, you should look it up in your Keychain. Use spotlight (Click the magnifying glass, top right) and search for Keychain. Within the Keychain, search the website/username that is filled in incorrectly and remove it from the Keychain. Next time you fill in the (correct) password, is will prompt you to save it again in your Keychain.
