icloud downgrade

I was a @me.com user ....

I just checked the status of Icloud and it shows that I have a 20GB plan (that I never requested) ... I want to downgrade but it is not possible (on OS X, OS 6) .... I waisted 30 minutes navigating in the menus for help (no Apple, I cannot speak nor hear) to find out that it's only possible by phone (***) !

I do not want to pay for the storage plan I don't use !!!

Who can help me ?

Icloud-OTHER, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

This support article will answer your question. Apple also emailled you about this a few times in the past.

It was provided free of charge for early iCloud adoptors. If you have a record that you were billed for it or that it was charged to your iTunes account, then open iTunes Store, click on the Support link under Quick Links where you can contact someone by email. Otherwise, have someone who can speak and hear to intercede for you.

Hello, thanks for answering. I don't think I was billed, to make sure it does not happen. I removed my credit card of the account. The point is that my accound shows that I am CURRENTLY subscribed to the 20GB plan. I have no reason to wait next year to downgrade since I am using 20 MB .... (....)

This is so confusing ....
