Why am i getting charged for apps i didnt confirm to purchase
I am getting charged for apps i did not confirm to purchase and it wont let me delete them or report a problem. I want my money back

All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If you are on iOS 6 then you should should have a Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password setting which you can set to 'immediately'.
