How do I set up a Minecraft server on my iMac?

I have a one year old fully upgraded iMac. I would like to set up a server for my Minecraft account on my Mac. I have looked at the minecraft instruction page and in the wiki but the instruction do not work for me!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

I presume you are talking about these directions:

Java 1.7 is the same as this Java, which is not included with Mac OS X:

Be sure to read the warnings on the Wiki. They should be taken seriously.
