When I put mi ipod to charge in the computer(computer suministres 500mA) it discharges, I have to wait to completely discharge to charge, I change the batery too but makes no diference.
If I buy a charger will change?

I would start by using a different cable to rule out the possibility that your current cable is faulty or damaged.

How are you charging it? Via USB or a wall adapter? Are you the dock connector port on the iPod is not damaged or has debris that could be blocking it's ability to charge?
I assume you replaced the battery with the same capacity, etc.?

USB, I Cheked the dock and its allright, the ipod charges but only if have empty battery and takes a lot to start charging after the "please wait very low battery" advice, the battery its same capacity yes, I have change the Computer too.

You might want to open it back up and double check the connection of the battery to the motherboard and make sure the ribbon cable and connector are free of damage. Otherwise, it could still be an issue with the iPod's logic board.

I have cheked the ribbon cable and the connector and seems good & the welding seems good too.
I think in the logic board too 😟
