Lion server - Login issue with server.app

I started my work with Lion only. I could able to access server.app using my admin credentials. I could not able to login server.app suddenly.

I did as said on this forum, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3960

But i got the below message

10:~ DLFiOSTeam1$ sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.servermgrd.plist

Password:

bind(): Address already in use

bind(): Address already in use

com.apple.servermgrd: Already loaded

I also looked in to the policy path. It shows /Local/Default.

Due to login issue i could not able to access server.app.

What should i do to resolve this issue.
