if i have problems say with any line 6 gear i can eventually contact a tech' through email to help sort problem out, is there any such method with logic or mac problems ??
G5 2GHz,
Mac OS X (10.3.9),
logic pro 7.1.1 1.5gb ram. 828mk2
Apple care and the pro card. With the pro card you can actually sit down with a logic professional in your area for a few hours to work out your issues. At least you're supposed to be able to. I've never had or used it.
All things considered, your best support for Logic is the discussion list. There are plenty of people here that have a lot more hours in Logic than any tech support.

Hi jord !
but i have only had it a few months (logic ) and it's broke dont apple have any obligation to try and fix it ?
Hi !
I was trying to be sarcastic !
a couple of annoying bugs. can you check out my question ; text doubles up in menus.
but even so if i buy something surely there must be some guarantee it's gonna work and if not fix it, and not rely on some kind hearted neighbor who happens to have the same product to fix it
thanks.
Not sure if there's an apple store in your area but you may want to stop by. Not that they are the most helpful, but sometimes it's nice to be able to have someone to blame.
This all depends on the which bugs you are referring to. The text doubling thang may be a remnant of Panther (I haven't experienced it in Tiger).
No software is perfect, but Apple is releasing updates. If anything, it works over here, and even with some of the bugs that it has, it hasn't gotten in my way of getting music done.
