Can I restore only my iDevice's programms and settings without music library restoring and without replacing my existing music library?

I just have migrated from PC to Mac, organized new music library and I want to sync my iPod with my new Mac. How can I backup only my iPod's programms and settings from old PC's iTunes to Mac's iTunes without music library backup and without replacing my existing music library? I want to keep old settings and programs on my iPod, but i don't want to replace my existing music library on my Mac with old library, can i do this?
