am using iphone 4 and i cant dpwnload iOS 6.0.1 it says this update requires a wi-fi network connetion to download but everytime i do it,it just now show the process?

How do i upadate IOS 6.01 it keep saying WI-FI Network is needed to download these version and everytime i do it, it doesnt seem to show progress.
