What happened to my gavel emoji??

Help, my gavel emoji disappeared. Anyone know how to get it back?

For me, it meant a day in court. I'm an attorney, and it was one of my most used emojis on my calendar app. The gavel emoji with the client's name indicated that I had a hearing for that client. I also use the telephone emoji to indicate a telephone conference, and other emoji to stand in for words so that items actually fit in my calendar without being truncated.

How strange. All along I've been laboring under the delusion that the written word was an advance over crude pictures. In solidarity, I will, going forward, only sent text messages (should we now call them emoji messages) compsed entirely of little pictures.


I am curious. What complex idea does the gavel represent?
